Version 0.6.0Beta release of private, browser-only clinical dataset validation with guided setup, clinical rules, reviewable cleanup and auditable export.
CDF 0.6 beta provides the complete browser-only validation workflow: source-preserving XLSX/CSV/TSV import, optional CDF/REDCap/Castor dictionaries, explicit variable roles and constraints, a structured 25-check background preflight, longitudinal and cross-variable clinical validation, focused findings review, conservative Apply/Ignore/Undo cleanup and auditable XLSX/HTML export. The beta release adds privacy-preserving test-summary export and a reproducible manual/automated validation pack. Dataset and dictionary contents never need to be uploaded to the Clinical Research Tools server.
Local data handling
XLSX, CSV and TSV contents are parsed inside the browser while source values are preserved for auditable cleanup.
Dictionary adapters
CDF automatically recognizes its generic schema plus standard REDCap Data Dictionary and Castor CDMS variable-list exports, all parsed locally in the browser.
Beta-ready validation workflow
Twenty-five local checks, reproducible regression fixtures and a privacy-preserving beta test summary support structured validation before wider use.
Credit-aware workflow
Loading and previewing are free; analysis and export use the platform authorization bridge.
Privacy boundary. Browser-only clinical data is not sent to Laravel for session or operation authorization.
